The food was AMAZING!!!! Everything we had was very delicious!! The inside seemed clean and very nice!! The ONLY reason I gave this place four stars is for the service, otherwise I would've given five! The gentleman we had as our waiter was nice and attentive. The lady that seated us was very rude and seemed like she had other things to do besides seat us; and the hostess was almost as bad as the one that seated us!! But all in all this is a good place to eat some really great seafood.

First time visit and with out a reservation. Thank god it was still kinda early around 4ish, only waited about 20 minutes. Food was AMAZING! The calamari was the best I've ever had. Would definitely recommend making a reservation. Also Thank you Adrian, drinks were and service was great

Fantastic lunch on the water. Grouper was moist and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect lunch!

Best Lobster rolls we have had in a longtime. Definitely go here. And Shrimp tacos were great too. Servers are friendly and atmosphere is great- see pics. My wife and I are from Ct/Mass originally and we have missed a great buttered split roll and tons of lobster meat on the roll. Thanks Dry Dock!!

A wonderful experience. Lobster was great. Service terrific and Ambience beautiful. Making a reservation for tomorrow.

This restaurant is always packed and can see why! We took the later appointment which was 4:15pm. I heard people make appointments months before. The Blackened Red Snapper and Citrus Grouper was phenomenal, in fact it was so good we came back two days later. We didn't have reservations so we had to wait about 40mins but it was worth it. We got the Blackened Red Snapper again and the Blackened Grouper...omg both out of this world. The restaurant is decorated with sale boats and historic pictures of the town. You can sit outside looking over the boats and water or up in the second floor indoor restaurant with breath taking views of the bay. If I ever go back to Long Boat Key I will be back at the Dry Dock Waterfront Grill!

Delicious and I'll be dreaming of the food and the great view of the Bay for a long time. We stopped in for lunch and it was stellar. Great service, really great food, particularly the calamari and seafood pasta! No notes. May be back down in Sarasota just to go here again!

A five star experience! The view, food, and service were fantastic. Often, waterfront dining means mediocre food, and that is definitely not the case here. The building doesn't look like much from the outside, but the decor inside is inviting, kind of a modern fish house vibe. We had a table by the window with a nice view of the water. Our server, Alex, was wonderful and on point, helping us with our meal choices, checking on us just the right amount, and delivering a little bit of humor during our interactions. Clam chowder was full of clams. The soup itself was not too creamy, letting the clams shine. Lobster bisque was deliciously rich and creamy, with chunks of lobster. Grouper entrees were fantastic, mashed potatoes were great also and not too buttery. Looking forward to our next visit!

This restaurant is a must if you love seafood! They have outdoor, water view seating, I highly recommend reservations; which I had, but I overheard a walk in being told that the wait time would be at least an hour. The main floor has a big, full bar, and the seating upstairs has beautiful water views. They had a great selection of meal options and drinks. I ordered the seafood linguine, which was a huge portion, with lots of seafood, I had leftovers for the next day. My fiancé had the red snapper. We shared a cheesecake for dessert.

A great location with water views that go on for miles. Well laid out with upstairs dining, downstairs outdoor seating and great interior designs. Service is handled well with friendly servers who are mostly very attentive even when busy. The drink selection should keep you happy as well as the menu selection. Fresh fish is the standard and it shows.
